How the 2,000 data points come together

Up to 2,000 ESG data points can be extracted from a single document. Here is the path from a PDF to a score.

    You upload the documents you already have: policies, contracts, sustainability and annual reports. Assist works at document level.

    Up to 2,000 data points are extracted

    From each document, Assist can extract up to 2,000 ESG data points. A data point is one checkable fact, such as an emissions figure, a policy statement, a governance role or a supplier commitment.

    Every point is mapped to a requirement

    Each data point is tied to a named requirement in a framework, so a finding always shows which framework it comes from. That is what makes a result checkable and audit-ready.

    Frameworks are read through the 7 Alive Standards

    The mapped points are cross-referenced with the 7 Alive Standards, which gives all frameworks one shared scoring layer instead of 23 separate checklists.

    Scoring is repeatable

    The same documents are designed to give the same score. Gaps, risks and misalignments are ranked by priority.

    A board-ready report comes out

    You get framework citations, identified gaps and prioritised next steps. The Assist site states the gap report is produced in under one minute after upload; professional reports are delivered in 1 to 4 business days.

Post a mandate by sector and governance need: Compliance Readiness, AI Governance, Standards Certification or Framework Reporting. You receive a verified shortlist where governance function leads and sector comes second. The site states a match report within 24 hours and a first interview in days.
